great stay with room for improvement
The valet staff provided a welcoming experience upon arrival, showcasing helpfulness throughout. The room service menu was delightful, especially the turkey club and fig and pear salad.

Amazing staycation vibes!
We stayed for a night and loved it! The valet staff was super nice and quick. Room service had a fab turkey club and yum salad! The rooftop bar was such a chill spot with great drinks, but the pricing was a bit steep. Overall, it felt like a mini getaway right in the city!

Perfect for Families
I gotta say the staff were just excellent. They took care of us like we owned the place like when the valet took our car and the bellhop helped with the bags, smooth as silk. The family really enjoyed the stay, especially my son who loved the pool area and the beautiful gardens, even got some sunshine by the terrace.
It wasn't exactly pocket change, but worth every cent.

Exceptional Service and Beautiful Atmosphere
I had a fantastic stay in a Deluxe Room for 3 nights. The service was attentive from check-in to check-out, and I truly appreciated the complimentary snacks and beverages available throughout the day. The location was perfect for exploring the charming streets of Charleston, and the decor made every corner of the hotel feel inviting and luxurious. However, the shower setup in the room could use some improvement as it felt a bit awkward to use.

Had an awesome time with friends! The location made it easy to explore all the cool restaurants and shops nearby. We had fun chilling by the rooftop pool, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Totally recommend the breakfast. it's worth it!
However, the experience was slightly dampened because our room was next to some renovations, which made it noisy during the mornings. Really disrupted our relaxation vibe.

Luxury with some twists
The staff here are fantastic and eager to help, even in the chaos. I ordered room service and it was spot on, that turkey club hit the spot like nothing else.
It wasn’t cheap but I still found it acceptable for what I got.
